Impeccable staff provided a warm welcome with attentive service. the cozy room came with comfortable chairs and beautiful decor. the advertised superiority of the room fell short—it overlooked a noisy road and felt no larger than others I’ve experienced. Breakfast was underwhelming with small portions and slow service, even at the bar. Despite these drawbacks, the setting was lovely and the positive aspects, like the warm atmosphere and friendly staff, stood out.

Inconsistent temperature control!!! It would be nice if the thermostat was checked before guests arrive. the layout can be a maze, making navigation a bit challenging for newcomers!!!

The Superior Double Room features stylish decor and a spacious layout, making it a nice spot for a couple to unwind. The lounge area with complimentary drinks available during the day adds a lovely touch for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions.

While the room itself was nice, a few inconveniences popped up, the absence of tea or coffee facilities was disappointing, particularly for an overnight stay. The radiator didn’t kick in the next morning which left things a bit chilly, and one of the towels had an unappealing brown mark. Be prepared for hefty prices for meals—breakfast is £25 per person, and dinner is even more. I encountered very disturbing music late on Friday night that made it hard to sleep, indicating a need for better sound insulation in the building.

It was a strong match for a short stay in Bath with the best value. The staff was friendly and attentive, making everything easy and enjoyable. Make sure to check if your room offers natural light if you're staying more than a night.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We did a bespoke tour by Fred Mawer, which was a highlight. The bar vibes were perfect, and we loved the food at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Just a little tip, check if you can get a room with natural light for a better view.

the queensberry hotel is a cute little place with spacious rooms and a comfy bed. the staff were super friendly n really helpful, made us feel at home. loved how close it was to the city center, easy walk to everything fun. the garden area is also a nice bonus for chillin' outside. breakfast was pretty good too, with a nice variety to choose from.

Had such a lovely stay! The room was super comfy, and we loved having a widescreen TV to chill in front of after fun days out. The location was spot on, just a stroll into town. The bar's drinks were a nice refreshment after our adventures! Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use a little updating.

had a fantastic stay for 3 nights! the room was spacious n comfy, loved the breakfast but the coffee was a bit thin. location was perfect for us, quiet n near everything we wanted to visit. the staff was super friendly n helpful, made us feel super welcome.

only downside was the walk back was a little steep at night, and the heating in the room could have been better.

We had a lovely superior double room with huge sash windows. The hotel staff were super helpful, parking our car right away. Breakfast was brilliant, especially the full English. The courtyard garden was a nice peaceful retreat. The decor has a charming historic vibe that really adds to the experience.

I expected more variety for the price, especially considering the great dining reputation. no facilities for in-room coffee or tea, which would have been convenient. it was a nice stay, but some improvements would elevate the experience.
